I have always loved history and learning about other cultures. It is interesting to see that humans haven’t changed much when it come to adorning themselves, just the materials change. For as long as humans have existed, man has adorned himself/herself in decoration. Be it tattoos, hair decorations, body paints, piercings or jewelry.

Scientists recently found perforated, small oval Nassarius mollusk shells, dyed with red ochre.  They dated them back to 82,ooo years ago, the oldest found so far.

Every culture has their own stories on how the world began and in Petersburg, Ky a new museum is opening on Memorial day with a twist. Dinosaurs existed the same time as Adam and Eve.                                      dino

Set up in animatronic exhibits like Universal Studios, it holds to the belief that God created dinosaurs on the 6th day along with all the other animals and man, and that the earth is only 6000+  years old unlike what science claims that dinosaurs existed millions of years before man showed up.
